Q: Who comes up with your designs?
A: We do! As first gen Filipino Americans, our designs are influenced by the experiences we've had growing up as sisters in both the US and the Philippines. They're also influenced by our re-discovery of our culture now as moms. Olivia loves her puns and ube. And Kathrine's professional background is in design, so she draws everything by hand to make our giftables truly unique.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: We are only retailing online for now. When pop-ups and events are safer, we will start making appearances again around the Los Angeles area.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: All of our items are made to order, and some are sourced from different manufacturers. Each order may take 1-4 business days to create, and then are shipped using either USPS or UPS. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Q: Why don't you use hangtags on your garments?
We are trying to take small steps toward sustainability, and we know that hangtags almost immediately go to the trash once a garment is received. To reduce some of that waste, we have chosen not to use them. If you specifically need hangtags with your garments, please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide a custom quote.
Q: How can I exchange or return an item?
A: If you're not satisfied with your order, you can contact us for a return or exchange with 30 days. At this time, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges for cloth face masks.
Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Q: Do you accept commissions for custom work?
